	1. Bean, Lima/Pole - King of the Garden With a name like King of the Garden Lima Bean, you can expect great things. This pole bean produces prolific yields of 7" pods full of large white lima beans with sweet, smooth flavor. Vines can grow 9'-10' high. Will continue to blossom and produce throughout the hot summer months. Cook them before you eat! Appx. 10 seeds
	2. Bean, Pole - Rattlesnake The Rattlesnake Pole Bean is as delicious as it is beautiful. Long purple-and-green streaked pods dangle from strong 10' vines, with streaked beige beans inside. Like its namesnake, it’s not bothered by heat, humidity, or drought. If you hear it rattle, it has probably dried on the vine. Grow alongside other streaked beans, like Tongue of Fire and Borlotti. 	3. Bean, Runner/Pole - Scarlet Runner The Scarlet Runner Pole Bean is just about as traditional a vegetable you can grow in your garden. Named for its showy red hummingbird attractors (flowers) it puts out on 6'-8' vines that will grow on fences, trellises, and yes, poles. This high-yielding runner bean produces foot-long pods with speckled red-purple beans, but pick them sooner for best flavor. Tolerates heat and drought, and doesn’t mind cool nights.
	4. Cucumber - Everbearing The Ever-bearing cucumber is one of the most popular cucumbers you can grow. As its name implies, this cucumber variety continues to grow as its fruits are picked. Crisp fruit with excellent flavor and crunch. Vigorous vines loaded with fresh cucumbers all season. Great for table use, slicing, pickling and/or processing. Appx. 10 seeds
	4. Cucumber - Spacemaster The Space Master Cucumber is an ideal choice for gardeners seeking high yields in limited space. This compact variety thrives in garden beds and containers, producing crisp, flavorful cucumbers with minimal vine spread. Its disease resistance and rapid growth make it suitable for both novice and experienced growers aiming for efficient, productive harvests. 	5. Cucumber - Straight 8 The Straight Eight cucumber variety is a popular heirloom type of cucumber ideal for slicing and/or for eating fresh right off the vine. 	6. Cucumber - Tendergreen Burpless The Tendergreen Burpless cucumber variety is extremely sweet and tender. Produces medium sized green fruits. Pick when they grow to 8". Also used for pickling if picked less than 8". Appx. 10 seeds
	7. Nasturtium - Tall Trailing Mix Flowers This fast-growing, vine-like or "trailing" plant can easily reach 10 feet in length by the end of the growing season! Perfect for growing along fences, or above retaining walls. It boasts colorful flowers in many shades of yellow, orange and even occasionally red. Appx. 15 seeds
	8. Pea - Green Arrow The Green Arrow Pea (Pisum sativum) is an old English heirloom shelling pea. A semi-dwarf frost-tolerant bush variety that grows to only 2'-3' tall and doesn't require staking. High yields for a compact plant. Produces lots of 4"-5" pods with 9-11 plump, tender, sweet peas inside. Delicious fresh or cooked, if you don’t eat them all before you make it into the house. 	9. Pea (Snow) - Mammoth Melting Sugar This popular pea variety is sweet, sugary and tender. This edible pod snow pea has made its place in home gardens for many years. These pea pods are some of the biggest (appx. 4-5"). Makes for an excellent addition to stir fry. Big white flowers are an bonus as they quickly turn into tasty peas. Are all your seeds NON-Genetically Modified (Non-GMO)?

Yes! We don't touch or deal with anything that has been genetically modified.
We have signed the Safe Seed Pledge and work very hard to ensure all our seeds are 100% Non-Genetically Modified (Non-GMO).

Are all your seeds Organic?

We do sell organic seeds - Seeds that are certified organic will be labeled as such on the site. All the seeds listed on the website are 100% Non-GMO.

What do you mean by growing Organic food?

Currently, the USDA says that in order for something to be organic it CANNOT be grown with any chemical fertilizers, synthetic substances, irradiation, sewage sludge, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
As long as you start by using Non-GMO seeds in your garden and continue to grow them without using chemical fertilizers, synthetic substances, or irradiation, sewage sludge then technically your garden will be "Organic". What Organic really means?
Being "Organic" means that irradiation, sewage sludge, synthetic fertilizers, prohibited pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMO's) were not used during the growing process.

What is a Genetically Modified seed?

Genetically modified (GM) seeds have been genetically altered in a lab somewhere and have had specific changes introduced into their DNA, also called Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's).
The interesting thing about GM seeds is that gardeners are not able to save the seeds after harvest and must buy seed every year from the corporation that sold them to you.

What does it mean when you say the seeds are Non-Hybrid and Open-Pollinated?

Non-Hybrid seeds are the most natural and purest form of seed anyone can find.
They grow just like they do naturally in nature.
Best of all gardeners can save the seeds after each harvest and be assured they will grow the same every time.
Open-pollinated seeds means the plants are pollinated by insects, bees, birds, wind, and other natural ways.
The good thing with open-pollinated plants is that it will continue to reproduce new generations of those plants.

Can I collect my seeds after harvest?

How many years will my seeds last?

Each seed has been processed for long-term storage, which directly translates into increasing the shelf-life by many years. We use the methods developed and approved by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) for drying, processing, and packaging seeds for long-term storage.
